Jacob's Journey was created in loving memory of Jake McCoy.
While Jake's time on earth was far too short, his life continues to inspire a mission that is making a difference in the lives of others.
Jacob's Journey exists to come alongside young adults, particularly those between the ages of 18 and 25, as they navigate the often challenging transition into adulthood. Those years can be exciting, but they can also be confusing, lonely, and overwhelming. Whether you're stepping into college, beginning a career, figuring out your purpose, or simply wondering where you belong—you don't have to walk that journey alone. We believe that everyone deserves a place where they are known, encouraged, and supported.
